What do you guys do when your internet/phone line isn't working? You can call China Unicom ENGLISH service and they send a guy who doesn't speak English, tells you something, then leaves without fixing the problem. What is the solution? What do you guys do when this happens and you need someone to help you who speaks Chinese??
