Macbook Air or Thinkpad X1 (Beijing)

I visited Zhongguancun and exercised Mac Air yesterday, suddenly attracted by it. It is so light, so special and beautiful. But my old Desk pc and Dell laptop are Windows 7 and Windows XP. If I change to Mac Air, I have to install Virtul Windows 7. If get it from US or HK, it will be English version, no Chinese version. I don't know how to use Mac Air, I think I need local technical support. If a thinkpad, it is Windows. So headlock.
