Moving back to Beijing with babies

Hello all,

I moved to Beijing back in Protected content came back shortly afterwards to have my baby boy and my OH and I are due to have our little girl in a few weeks time. We will be moving back to Beijing in February.

As I'm going to have two very young children Protected content old and newborn) I'm hoping that there are some mother and baby groups in Beijing. Are there any? Or is there anything suitable for a young mother and children to get together with other people? If not, what's everyone's thoughts of setting up a coffee/tea morning or afternoon with or without kids?

I'm going to be living in the southern district around the 3rd ring road. I'd really like to be more involved with people than I was last time and make new friends, especially with those that have children ... otherwise I'm going to be stuck with my mother in law all day everyday while OH is at work!
