New Year: Lai See gifts (Beijing)

Does anyone have any rules of thumb for how much a typical gift might be for employees? They will get their company bonus, but as the boss, how much is appropriate for my team (of 10)?

I'm sure there's a wide range of answers, I'm just looking for a guideline - for example would 100RMB be insulting for this kind of gift or is that typical? I really have no idea.
