P4P - Power fitness for Philippines 朋友 (Beijing)

Dear Internations Friends,
In a tragic 24 hours in the Philippines, 15 million people's lives changed forever. Over a million people lost their homes and up to 10,000 may have died and we may never know the final number. Over 370,000 pregnant and breastfeeding women are in need of prenatal, postnatal, and child health care, while 1.5 million children under 5 are at risk of acute malnutrition and Protected content reported every day in desperate conditions.
You can help those who survived Typhoon Yolanda, the most violent storm in recorded history. On 26 November, globally-minded friends in Beijing will come together to make a difference to raise funds through fitness - the one thing we all have and can give. The young, the busy, the fit (and unfit!) will gather for five hours and donate their time, their energy and sweat through fun-filled Yoga, Pilates, Heyrobics and Zumba sessions. All funds raised will go directly to United Nations World Food Programme’s extensive relief efforts – the organizers are paying 100% of their costs, and Haworth has generously donated their venue.
