Title: Placements Officers
Report to: BD Manager

Job Introduction
The Placement Officer communicates with oversea clients, match intern positions and coordinates with interns and business partners.

Task and Responsibilities:
 Getting accurate information of each enrolled intern, latest positions available, including position duration, requirement, benefits, etc.
 Contacting and motivating with each intern.
 Following up and working on the placement results and interview arrangement.
 Coordinating with colleagues (DSFs, BDs).
 Coordinating and assisting with customer service department to solve existing problems.
 Booking the vacancy by sending contracts and enrollment forms which includes intern's package information and invoice.

Requirements:
 Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player, time and project management skills, goal-oriented.
 Patient, enthusiastic, passionate, detail-oriented.
 1-3years experience in Sales, Marketing and Consulting.
 Foreigner or Chinese with Very Good English Language Skills
 Reading and writing skills in one or more of the following: Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, Korean or Japanese, would be an asset
