Pollution???? (Beijing)

Hey,guys,am I the only one freaking out about pollution here?Sometimes it seems like everyone else is ok except for me..I got a great job in here and I love it, but I need to decide by the end of this week if I am leaving China at the end of November or at the end of February. I've heard that pollution in winter gets sooo much worse than now. I am seriously concerned about my health even though some people told me they've been living here for years so I should be ok staying here for less than 6 months..Though my friends are always sending me those articles on pollution and asks me to come back to Europe otherwise I'll get cancer in here. What do you think on this issue?
