removalist recommendations? (Beijing)

Dear All,

I am moving apartment next week (I think). Can anyone kindly recommend a reliable removalist company (clean, efficient and doesn't drop things)?

The last one a friend organised for me was horriable. I spent a day getting rid of dust etc on my boxes and suitcases, they dropped my microwave 1.5m onto the pavement, and tried to scam out more money (above the agreed price) before they left...

Would be grateful for your advice!
