Scooter/motorbike with a sound (Beijing)

I love motorbikes and am wondering if anyone have any clue about the rules of driving a petrol engine scooter or motorbike here in Beijing.

Just got my "normal" car driving license today so now I am allowed to drive among all the other crazy people who think driving is like in a video game. Just reboot after you crash :)
