Searching good ayi (Beijing)

Hello, we have moved a month ago to Beijing and we are looking for an ayi that can help us with our kid (2 year old) and the baby that will be born next July. I would like someone that has experience with kids and speaks a little English (my Chinese is too basic to let them alone with a person only speaking Chinese). I highly appreciate your comments, I have tried looking through agencies but have not found what I´m looking for. Thanks!
