Supporting documents for british baby passport (Beijing)

Hey everyone,

Posted here a while back but now the baby has arrived! And the mission to get his passport has begun.

So far so good.

Can anyone confirm what supoporting documents I need to send to England ? From the mess that is the gov.uk website I have gathered that I need

Application form
Payment form
2 photos, 1 countersigned
Child's birth certificate original plus a translated notarized version
My passport british plus copy
My wife's passport chinese plus copy
Marriage white book.
My birth certificate plus copy

Am I missing anything?
I heard I need my wife's birth certificate but she is chinese and doesn't have one!

The process has changed and now you are required to send the application directly to England hence I don't want to mess it up!
