TALENT RECRUITMENT PROGRAM AT LEADING AIRLINE (Beijing)

Brief Description
We are currently seeking applicants for a job placement initiative at a leading airline in China. To keep up with its’ fast-paced growth and effectively serve their growing base of foreign passengers, the airline is welcoming applicants for a variety of positions (Human resources, business development, finance, supply chain management, executive management, media, marketing, and many others) We will place candidates in appropriate positions based on their previous experience and interest. Job locations will be Beijing, Shanghai, or Haikou (with the possibility of occasional Business travel).

Requirements:
•Graduate of a Top Protected content according to Times Higher Education
oNo strict requirements for major or field of study
oGraduates from other universities are also welcome to apply and will be considered on a case by case basis
•Native English speaker with a foreign nationality (America, Canada, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa)
•Willing to commit to the company for a minimum of one year
•At least one to two years of working experience is an advantage
•The ability to speak Chinese will be looked upon very favorably, but is not required
•Willing to work 5 days per week (Monday - Friday, 8 working hours per day)
•Lively personality and passionate about contributing to the company
Benefits:
•Base salary starts from 15,000 RMB per month (can go up to 35,000 of higher if candidate possesses relevant work experience)
