Tax and financial advice (Beijing)

Does anyone have a recommendation on a tax attorney or someone similar in Beijing who can answer questions for me, such as:

China tax rates & process
US taxes & impact of paying China taxes
Cash transfers from China to the US.

I've read a lot of the posts here and it's good information, but I want to be very certain I have everything covered.

I may be working for a Chinese company soon and unfortunately, they have very little experience hiring expats (I'm pretty much the first and will be the guinea pig), so there is no one there who really understands this. I need to do my own research to make sure I'm comfortable with jumping in to a full time job here rather than sticking to consulting.
