Utility Bills (Beijing)

Perhaps everyone has already known about this, or lives in those glorious luxury apartments, but as I rent a Chinese style apartment directly from my landlady, I've been given quite a rude awakening to the ins and outs of Chinese Utility Bills. The last few weeks, I've been scouring the Internet trying to find information about paying utility bills and have had the most difficult time trying to find accurate information, but I came across this website, sponsored by the city of Beiing no less, and thought I'd share just in case there were others searching for this information.
