What's open during Spring Festival? (Beijing)

Any general rule of thumb for what businesses are open this coming week? Is everything closed on Saturday? Even restaurants?

If I were to take a taxi to the market on Sunday would I find only closed doors? How about Monday and the rest of the week?

I would guess many businesses that cater to foreigners are open most of the week, but any guidelines would be welcome.
