Come and join me for a ✰ LifeINSPIRED Women’s Self-Awareness Workshop ✰!
In this 1-day women’s retreat for the soul, you will:

• Learn and experience guided meditation & relaxation techniques
• Move through simple yoga poses and learn their benefits
• Go inward by focused journal writing
• Create your own “Mandala” of Life
• Connect through Soul Sharing of insights with fellow women

About Junaline:

Junaline Bañez-Moussi is a Life&Soul Coach and Teacher. She is the founder of LifeINSPIRED Coaching – a holistic and integrative approach to personal growth and development. She offers Life Coaching, ThetaHealing™, Vision Board Coaching , Journal Writing, Women's Circles and also teaches Absolute Beginners Yoga. She facilitates workshops and conducts group coaching and is available for speaking engagements on topics related to women empowerment, self-esteem, forgiveness, expatriate life and traveling solo.

Her other trainings include NVC (Nonviolent Communication) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and energy healing modalities such as Quantum Touch® and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique ®). As an international woman, she has lived and worked in Canada, Mexico, Japan and Oman. As a humanitarian she has led volunteer work projects on children’s education in Southeast Asia and New Zealand.

Junaline is currently based in Beirut, Lebanon. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, photography, and traveling. She is blissfully living her LifeINSPIRED with her husband, Roberto.
