internet provider (Beirut)

Dear friends,

I have just arrived in Beirut last week and I am still trying to find stuff out. One of my questions is about internet providers. I have noticed that internet can be very slow here, or is that only because I am working on the line provided by the hotel? Could anyone tell me which is the best internet provider that gives good quality for good money?
