Living in Beirut

I am looking for an apartment for rent in Beirut. I have two boys aged 2 and 4. We are currently living in Switzerland and are preparing to move to Lebanon. Can anyone suggest an area in Beirut( maybe not too far from the center) that is worth looking into. Maybe near a Park or Playground?
