Why “Nia® Workshops for a Cause”?

I am giving Nia® workshops in Beirut as a fundraising project where all proceeds go to my Filipina friends here in Lebanon who were affected by the typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) in the Philippines. These women are migrant workers and they are the sole breadwinners of their families with no one else to support them. After hearing the news of their houses in the islands being destroyed, I felt moved to do something. By facilitating a series of Nia workshops, it is my intention that with your participation, we can all contribute in the rebuilding of their homes in the Philippines.

Let's start the year rising. Come and let the spirit move you.

With love & gratitude.
~Junaline
