Probably moving to Beirut soon

Hi There!
I´m spanish and most probably will be living in Beirut in a few months time. I´m under negotiation with my future company at this moment.. and feel very excited and confident...

I´m a very active person, love skiing, diving, kitesurf, mountain bike, fitness trainign, padle tennis,running... Is there any group doing any of these?

I also need some advise ...
the office i will work in is quite close to the Port, on Pasteur ST. Do you know any Gym or fitnnes club by there? I´m looking for a big one with spinning, crossfit , swiming pool,...? Average price ?
