Soon to arrive (Beirut)

Our family is moving to Beirut in the near future. Is there a certain neighborhood associated with the ACS area? My children will attend there, however, without a starting point of looking for a house I am confused about where to live. Where do most families with school age children that attend ACS live? My husbands job will rent a place wherever we choose so we are not confined to a certain area.
We have lived in numerous countries and there always seems to be a certain area where most expat families live.
