tourist visa to Lebanon (Beirut)

Hi,
I am a Filipina and I want to travel as tourist to Lebanon. Do you know anyone who can assist me in getting a visa, is it true that I still need to get an invitation from a company there?
I own a business in the Philippines and I just wanted to visit and tour within Lebanon as i have friends to visit there as well.
Appreciate any inputs.
