Auto Finance for Expat (Belfast)

Hello All,
I've finally signed a contract and my family and I will be moving to NI at the end of March. We are interested in living in a rural location so we'll need a car. Web searches show that it can be difficult for a non-EU expat to secure financing due to a lack of in-country credit.

I am hoping that some folks here may have some advice on dealers or banks that can help expats finance a car or any other suggestions. I want something used preferably, around 10k. Leasing seems to be very expensive and I'd like to avoid it if possible. My company does not do business leasing.
