Moving to Belfast from Southern England

Hi there, my husband and I are considering the move to Belfast from Winchester (just north of Southampton) in southern England. I am Chinese American and husband is Welsh. I would love to know what it's like to live in Belfast. Is there a large population of Chinese? How the Chinese food there? I would love to teach Chinese but not sure if there's a demand. Any advise and recommendation is much appreciated!
