Possible Relocation to Belfast

Hi all: My wife and I may have the chance to relocate to Belfast for a couple of years, or so. I would appreciate some insights into living options. Job in the city, near QUB. We're looking at the City Centre, Malone Road area, and Titanic Qtr, but also wondering about the suburban options of some of the villages. Looking for input on commutes, convenience, etc. We like to walk, and anticipate fair amount of travel. So...best places to live, shop, and opinions on best realtors, places to lease an auto, and the stuff you wish someone had told you before you moved. Have done a fair amount of reading on-line, but I'm looking for current info as NI has changed from a few years ago. Many Thanks.
