How is Belgrade

Dear all,

as a probable newcomer to Belgrade, I would like to ask you to give me some feedback on the city, people, language, cost of living, accomodation, food and so forth. Especially, how easy is it to make friends????

I am not a 100% sure whether to take the opportunity, so I hope to get some information.
