Looking for a factory to buy in North Serbia (Belgrade)

Hello everybody,

I am posting a message because one of my partner is looking for an empty factory to buy in order to install a production line into.

So, if you heard something with the following terms, please contact me:

Building:

- Minimum Protected content already built and ready to use

- The construction have to be extended in Protected content to Protected content

So It means that we need to have a big land with the current factory.

The Production hall must have minimum the following dimensions:

Protected content x Protected content on the floor (without pilar in the middle)

- 9m/10m high to install crane 20 Tones (So generally, to install a crane at 9m high, it means that the building is higher that 12 m)

Floor: 10 tones/m2 if possible but not necessary

Facilities:

- Electricity : 4 Mw is the best, but it can be 2 Mw already and possibility to add another

Location:

- Close to the highway

- Voivodina

- To the south, maximum 1 hour from Belgrade

The factory must be ready to use (or small reconstruction accepted)
