moving to Belgrade

Hello expats! am planning to move to Serbia from Tanzania-Africa and looking for any advice regarding the whole process. I have a friend who I will stay with and looking for advice on the best visa option that will allow me to stay longer and if possible get a work. Has anyone here had that experience or know something that might be relevant? I will appreciate any suggestions plus health insurance and finding a job as I have A bachelor degree in Human resource management and a diploma in sales and marketing and I speak English and Swahili.
