Organic food, shopping (Belgrade)

Hi all,
My husband and I are quite likely to move to Belgrade later this year, its not 100% certain yet but I still want to find some things out before, as I am a very strict "organic food eater". So first of all I am wondering where I can find organic food, fruits, vegetables, everything really and especially MEATS. From what I hear, theres a lot of meat eating in Serbia, and thats of course another problems if we would go to a restaurant. Are there any good organic, or maybe even vegetarian, choices? Ive tried to google it but thought I could always give this place a go as well... Maybe someone here knows and wants to help!
