Hi,
I NEED SOME ADVICE! We are about to sign a rental agreement for an apartment in Belgrade Stari Grad.
1. We have been told by the agent that we (The Tenants) have to pay 50% of the months rent to them directly as commission for finding a place for us.
2. We are required to pay Infostan including heating, water, sewage, rubbish
3. We have to pay cleaning for the general public area of Protected content a month
Do all these points sound fair?
