Job-Seeker Visa (Bergen)

Good afternoon,

I am planning to move to Bergen next year as a job-seeking skilled worker, and am wondering if anyone has had any experience with this particular visa. If so, what is the general process? I've checked processing times and requirements, but I wasn't sure how difficult it might be to actually obtain a job once I'm there. Any assistance/information is appreciated.
