We are recruiting a Multilingual Customer Service Executive for a multinational on-line reservations company. This person will be responsible for handling pre- and post booking inquiries and providing an excellent customer service. A native level of different languages is required even as excellent Customer Service skills.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be working in the Customer Service division and reporting to the team manager. Your objective will be handling pre- and post booking inquiries.
Your main responsibilities:
-Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and fax -Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations -Processing travelling reservations via telephone -Handling outbound calls to arrange special requests -Relationship management -Manage relationships by providing high levels of customer service and account management support. -Ensuring the complete reservations cycle and supporting all issues
