Axway software is recruiting a HR Business Partner for Sweeden, UK Protected content site) and Germany Protected content sites) to replace the current job holder who is leaving the group.
The main purpose of this position is to provide leadership and coordination of Regional Human Resources function to deliver proactive and business focused HR support and services in compliance with local legislation and including recruitment; employee relations; performance and talent management; reward; reports and systems.
A member of the HR Business Team, the position reports to the HR Director Europe/Asia and has a dotted-line reporting to the Countries Managers who are running the business in UK and Germany.
The HR Business Partner has a dual responsibility and is acting as HR Manager for UK and Germany. As such he represents the company in all employee-related matters including the Work Council presidency and the organisation and support of the regular meetings.
LOCATION Protected content position is based in Paris or in Berlin. It involves travel requirements in UK and Germany
The candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience with :
1) a strong background in HR management in Germany (including labour relations and negotiations) with 3 years minimum as Country HR Director
2) a significant experience in a service company and 3) a significant experience in an international/intercultural environment.
The position covers all areas of HR from a generalist standpoint and it is important that the candidate has strong technical/functional knowledge.
The candidate must be fully proficient in English, French and German.
We are looking at a People’s person who will display strong interpersonal / communication / negotiation skills and will be able to build relationships with his internal customers (and employee reps in Germany) and will also be able to coach others and to manage conflicts sometime in an international/intercultural environment.
We are also looking at a HRBP who will display adaptability, customer orientation, problem-solving, decision making and judgment, initiative, project management skills, leadership and strategic thinking.
