Best bank for foreigners in Berlin?

Hello alle,

I'm moving to Berlin in September, and have been recommended the DKB bank as a good bank with low charges, good for foreigners. I speak fluent German and used to live in Germany so can cope with German bank speak up to a point, but any good recommendations or tips here? I was at Deutsche Bank before but would be happy to change, not sure they're so good now. I'll need to deal a bit with France and the UK so the bank needs to be open to that. Thank you!
