Our growing company is currently seeking bilingual Customer Service Professionals based in Berlin


• To respond to a wide variety of customer contacts by telephone and email
• To listen carefully to customer expressed needs and to show understanding of them
• To remain professional and calm when communicating
• To promote suitable products and services as required by the individual needs of each customer
• To ensure that all customer contacts are handled in an efficient, effective and costumer centric way
• To ensure that all complaints are recognised and recorded in an appropriate way


• General Certificate of Secondary Education or equivalent
• Good computer literacy
• Experience within a fast moving, customer centric environment
• People orientated and team minded
• Excellent communication skills
• German skills (fluent)
• Swedish, norwegian or danish skills (fluent)
• English skills (basic skills)
