Cleaning lady in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg

Hello everyone!!

I need a big help! I just moved in to my new flat and it was in terrible conditions...I cleaned it but I would like someone that can help me with a final general cleaning + cleaning the oven inside and the vaccuum....

Well, I was wondering if any of you happen to know someone to recommend me?? Preferably english speaking as I still don't speak any German.

It would be probably just a one time job, maybe once a month just to help me as I have a broken foot now :(
