continued Residency when working out of Germany (Berlin)

Hey Guys,

My question refers to Permanent residency. I have lived in Germany for the last 4 years (Im an EU national so registration was simple).. Now I will start a new position for a Turkish Company being paid Turkey and paying turkish tax. I will be working in Global Export and will not register my residency in Turkey as I will actually travel Globally and also use my german apartment from time to time..

How would I register this situation in Germany so that my Permanent residency continues in Germany?

Ive searched many websites but have not found any info? so I thought maybe one of you has had this experience?
