Counselling / Therapy in English (counseling) (Berlin)
€25 per one hour session. Based in north Berlin, home visits also available.
Appointments available between 2pm and 8pm and weekends.
What is counselling? Counselling offers you a regular space and time to talk about your worries of difficulties. It helps you to explore your feelings and looks at how you may wish to change things in your life.
You may choose to use counselling for:
- Resolving problems
- Making choices
- Coping with changes
- Improving your relationships with others
- Working through difficult feelings
Types of difficulties may include:
- Family difficulties and relationships
- Stress / anxiety
- Low self esteem
or any other issues that are troubling you or that you feel it would be helpful to discuss.
