This leading diabetes care provider is committed to improving the quality of life for people with diabetes. That is why they offer a range of blood glucose monitoring products and Customer Care services to meet these different needs more closely.

Our growing company is currently seeking bilingual Customer Service Professionals based in Berlin

Responsibilities:
• To respond to a wide variety of customer contacts by telephone and email
• To listen carefully to customer expressed needs and to show understanding of them
• To remain professional and calm when communicating
• To promote suitable products and services as required by the individual needs of each customer
• To ensure that all customer contacts are handled in an efficient, effective and costumer centric way
• To ensure that all complaints are recognised and recorded in an appropriate way

Qualifications:
• General Certificate of Secondary Education or equivalent
• Good computer literacy
• Experience within a fast moving, customer centric environment
• People orientated and team minded
• Excellent communication skills
• French skills (native)
• English skills (fluent)
