At qipu we need someone to join our customer services team. Qipu operates the website qipu.de. Through the site our members are able to transact and receive cashback on purchases they make.
There are two sides to our customer services. One is general help related to the website for example people who cant login, enquiries about the service we provide etc while the other side is enquiries about transactions made through qipu that require information gathering and processing.
You will be responsible for answering these enquiries through our web interface. The role does not involve contact face to face or over the phone. Both parts of the role will be carried out through our web interface so you should have some familiarity with a customer services management software platform.
The essential qualities you must have are.
As you will be communicating via our website you need excellent written German grammar and excellent written communication skills.
Good organisational skills.
The ability to work efficiently and with little supervision
You will be working from our offices in Berlin.
