My name is Mike and I am a promoter and organizer in Berlin who does mainly acoustic music (folk, bluegrass, blues, old time, swing, jazz, experimental, etc.) shows in Berlin.

I have established a site ( Protected content ) that features a gig calendar, links to bands' sites, and articles about the acoustic music scene in Beartown.

Watch for the Springs and Strings Acoustic Festival October 16 & 17 at the L.U.X. in Kreuzberg. We will have eleven bands over two nights in a great setting for acoustic tunage. And be sure to check the calendar if you are looking for something to do tonight. Surely there is a great sure you didn't know about!
