Ladies and Gentlemen....
My cat 'Lucca' - a charming 9 y old Maine Coon - is looking for a rental apartment in Berlin starting from January. At this moment he is still situated in Amsterdam, but after his previous nice encounter with Berlin in Protected content , he is paving the way back to the German capital.
It is important to know that Lucca isn't exploring the opportunities for moving to Berlin on his own.
He is accompanied by his 'Capo' (boss): Stefano, an almost 40-ish online marketing professional, currently working on a variety of creative international projects.
So Lucca and Stefano are looking for a place to stay and live in Berlin... but what about their preferences? Some specs that will show and tell it all:
> A modern, neat, furnished apartment / spacious studio (min 35sq m)
> Preferably non-shared
> Period: January and on... (min 3 to 4 months)
> Electricity, gas, water (and WiFi) included
> Area: 01. Prenzlauer berg, 02. Mitte, 03. Kreuzberg
> Budget: max € Protected content € Protected content month
More about Lucca
Furniture-friendly and does not like to pee around. Short haired version of MC, sociable, distinguished, likes to listen to Modern Talking.
More about Stefano
Creative, adventurous and sociable, without a party-mode. Raised well by his mother and has a great sense of responsibility. Has a strong passion for his girlfriend, Italy, music on vinyl, single malt whisky and chocolate ice cream. Comes with a 'good behavior guarantee' towards your apartment, furniture and neighbors.
With Amsterdam as our current comfort zone, we are somewhat forced to find an apartment from a distance... therefore we depend on the digital era to help us find a place to call home in Berlin. As you can understand any offers, tips, tricks or cat kibbles are more than welcome.
If you would like to reach out to Lucca or Stefano, sending a PM would be the easiest trick in the book.
Many thanks in advance and a 'ciao' and 'meow' from Amsterdam!
