Expat Leaving Berlin, questions on logistics in DE

Hi,
I am leaving Berlin for a new job in the U.S in August. A few questions:
-I have a flat paid thru June, how do I break my contract (Only 45 days into the contract)
-Any legal moving notifications, taxes, etc.
-Good shipping services (no rush, affordable, slow is fine)
-Any other things to be aware of?
