When I'm not in Berlin, I'm teaching in Xi'an China. I've really made "Old Tofu" (老豆腐 ... Lǎo dòufu) a staple of my diet.
"Old tofu" has a lot lower water content than the tofu we typically find in the west (USA and Germany).
Does anyone in Berlin know of a good source for Lǎo dòufu (old tofu) in Berlin? It's going to be very hard for me to live without it when I finish my work in China.
