Hello,
I need to get my fingerprints somewhere in Berlin for an American Certificate of Good Conduct. Does anyone know where I can get that done? I have been everywhere already - local police, LKA, Buergeramt - but everyone tells me the same thing - they don't do it and they have no idea where to do it.
