The rent is 720€ (includes all utilities and wi-fi internet). Photos can be view here - Protected content

The Apartment
It's a residential building with families & kids as well as young professional types. Green yard which houses a bike rack. The apartment has been newly renovated. The main room offers ample space for a single or couple with a comfortable double bed and a large 50's wardrobe.

Although it is one large room it has different areas, living/dining and sleep space. The kitchen is fully quipped with everything you would need should you simply want to rustle up a quick breakfast or feel inspired to cook a 3 course meal!

The bathroom is fresh and bright with a great powerful shower and a compact washing machine.

Being on the 3rd floor and south facing the flat is basked in sunshine throughout most of the day making it a warm and uplifting space to be in....but fear not we also have black out blinds in the main room should you want to hibernate away.

The Neighborhood
The apartment is in a top location in one of Neukölln hip & most desirable areas - the Schillerkiez. Cobbled and leafy streets centered around a local church give this area a residential but city feel. Since the closing of historic Berlin Tempelhof airport in Protected content , the area has enjoyed an influx of families and young creative types from all over the world. More bars, cafes, galleries and shops are sprouting up weekly and the atmosphere on the streets is relaxed and multi-cultural. The airport has been turned into Europe's largest urban park - you can jog, kite surf, bike, build a vegetable plot in the community garden, BBQ or even enjoy year round exhibitions or festivals. There are baseball and basketball courts, beer gardens and history centers. The vibrant high streets of Hermannstrasse as well as Karl Marx Strasse are only a short walk away and offer a range of shopping, dining and other cultural opportunities. All you need is WALKING DISTANCE!

Getting around
The closest underground station is Boddinstrasse on the U8 and only 2 min walk away. It runs all night. Also plenty of buses stop here that take you anywhere in Berlin.
