Gay marriage and permanent residence (Berlin)

Hi, I'm an Israeli man living In Berlin with a study preparation visa. I'm in a same sex relationship with an Israeli man that has a french passport but never lived in France, we wish to get married in France and come back to Berlin to live and work here. We are living together for a year now in Berlin.
Will I be able to get a permanent residence here in Berlin after we are married or will i stil require a visa to stay here?
