Telephonic Support: Helpdesk agent is the 1st level Contact Center associate who provides break - fix solution for technical issues and clarifies non-technical queries received through inbound call.
Record the contacts: Each contact should be documented in form of incidents in the ticketing tool, and troubleshoot with clients by following instructions given in the Knowledge base.
Interact & engage support teams: Associate should connect with the support teams as and when needed/instructed in the knowledge base.
Email & Chat Support: Technical support (same scope as mentioned under telephonic support) through email or chat medium. Resource should be good in typing and writing English & German.
