Health Insurance and Job Search (Berlin)

Recent B.A. grad and newcomer in Berlin shopping around for an affordable and reasonable health insurance plan. Anyone have any suggestions for a healthy young person who is looking for basic coverage?

Also looking around for jobs in the city. Majored in history, fluent in German, and looking for something either freelance or angestellt. Full time or part time.
