Help in Setting up a company in Berlin

Hi All,
I am looking to move to Berlin and am going to set-up a company there.
The company will be structured as a Unternehmergesellschaft (UG) (mini-GmbH)
Does anyone know of any resources that can help me with this, or even a reasonably priced and responsive lawyer?
